Megazip's 17th Birthday Giveaway
This week Megazip is celebrating its 17th birthday so on top of giving you a 15% discount on all parts, we are also giving away some cool stuff like branded hoodies and car stickers.
All orders placed and paid from 16 to 23 February 2023 will be in the draw. The winners will be announced on Facebook on 24 February 2023.
Of course we will be pretty stoked if you head over there and wish us a happy birthday too.
Afterall, 17 years is a lot of parts delivered to our awesome clients all over the world.
Terms and conditions
1. All orders placed between 16 to 23 February 2023 will go in the draw. All paid orders are automatically added to the draw.
2. By placing and paying for your order you agree to the terms of this promotion. Megazip reserves the right to modify terms and conditions of this promotion.
3. If the order has been placed prior to this period and paid between 16 to 23 February 2023 it can be added to the draw, however, the customer will need to contact Megazip in order to add their order to the draw.
4. Entries close 23 February 2023. One entry per paid order.
5. The prizes will be drawn at random on 24 February 2023 and the winners announced on Megazip Facebook page the same day. Megazip will use winners’ order IDs for announcement.
6. There will be 8 winners of 8 prizes: 4 winners of a hoodie each and 4 winners of 1 set of stickers each.
7. Winners will be contacted prior to sending the prize.
8. Megazip will take reasonable steps to contact the winner by using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
9. If Megazip cannot contact a winner within 3 days after the winner is announced or if the winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize, then the winner will forfeit the prize and Megazip may select a new winner.
10. If the winner is not willing to accept the prize, they must communicate this to Megazip immediately in a written form and the prize will be redrawn.
11. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit to account.
12. Megazip is responsible for costs to deliver the prize and reserves the right to select the delivery provider.
13. Megazip makes no warranties about the prize (including as to its quality or fitness for purpose).
14. Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, Megazip will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, equity or otherwise in connection with the Competition or the prize(s)).
15. This promotion is not associated with Facebook, Facebook has no liability in connection with the Competition, and any information you provide in connection with the Competition is provided to Megazip, not to Facebook.
